		<description>I am finding that once I am basically able to &quot;plan&quot; my meals in advance, and know what is going to be eaten, then I can work on forgetting about eating, and doing other more important things.
By planning out what is going to be eaten, and the calories, etc, then I can literally just try to forget about eating, and not think about it.

I think that&#039;s a great way to get ones mind off food. Plan the food out, know what is going to happen.
Then focus on other things, professional and personal, and trust in the food plan, and the thinking that has gone into it...</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been over to &#039;PeerTrainer&#039; and think the Mind over Matter is an excellent support group. Lots of activity. A Great place to start as well as to &#039;work the program&#039;. I highly recommend it.

One of the reasons I want to lose weight actually is, ironically, so I can care less about looking perfect. Just wanted to say after reading all of your comments on your blog.  So nice to see you are taking this as seriously as I am.  Isn&#039;t this a great program?  I am also really happy with the system and going through the chapters sequentially.  Have you found that you are a little bit more generally anxious when you don&#039;t give in to your cravings?  This is something that has come up for me - as if overeating is a king of self-medication in a way - but I am noticing that the anxiety is subsiding as I head into week 4.

Anyway, thanks again for leaving me comments.  (This is my first blog too and its so exciting to get comments!)  Good luck on your program.  I&#039;ll be rooting for you.
